After 3 weeks i already saw results. Less cellulite and my legs were more firm. I still had an appetite (but i always had and always will have) but never felt a hungry feeling or craving after eating a meal! Had no negative side effects. And definitely had more energy for the gym , sweating more often then normal but thats the fat burning!
